Senior Business Analyst

We are a Technology Consulting company based near Bangsar South that focus on Microsoft technologies. We have been serving mainly Multi-National Corporation (MNC) in Malaysia. We are expanding and looking for Senior Business Analyst with Project Management experiences. The success candidate will responsible to lead and contribute to project deliverables. He/she must posses good attitude, demonstrating good listening and written communication skills, comfortable to interacts with clients and can develop business relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES

​

  • Assists in stakeholders management activities, including identification, classification, mapping and relationship management.

  • review and understand standards for delivery and is able to apply this knowledge to complete tasks on schedule, within budget and with quality.

  • participate in workshops, discussions, able to map documentation efforts to business needs that are driven down from business case, business / project scope and task assignments.

  • participate in the transfer of functional requirements to development and test team members.

  • participate in test execution of delivered requirement.

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS

​

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or have an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience and had experienced in managing complex projects. Knowledge in Insurance Industry will be advantages. 

  • Excellence communication skills (both written and oral).

  • Comfortably interacts with clients and can develop business relationships.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with partners and customers.

  • Good time management and organizational skills that enable the timely completion of goals.

  • Self-starter, motivated to complete assigned tasks on time.

  • Detail oriented in approach to tasks and deliverables.

  • Seeks out opportunities to contribute to team members and/or team success.

  • Passionate about IT projects and learning new technologies.
